Get to know Danielle

I’m passionate about walking alongside women who feel stuck, helping them embrace themselves fully and thrive in their unique circumstances. My own journey of personal growth began as a teenager, and I’ve learned valuable lessons along the way. I’m deeply grateful for those who supported me with kindness and compassion, and it’s my heartfelt mission to offer this to you. Connecting the body and the mind is so important to me. I am also familiar with attachment theory and how it relates to our parenting and romantic relationships.

I use body based exercises to work with the nervous system. I use motivational interviewing to help people make changes in their lives. I am well versed in infant attachment and can support you in your parenting journey with young children.

I believe that we all have the capacity to make the changes we want in our lives. You have inner power and strengths. If you have forgotten them I’d love to re-discover them with you!
