As life changes through motherhood, shifts in relationships, identity transitions, or hormonal changes, having support that feels steady, compassionate, and responsive can make all the difference. These moments can bring questions, overwhelm, or even a quiet sense that something is changing. You deserve a space where those experiences can be explored with care.
My approach is holistic and grounded in Adlerian principles, focused on understanding your lived experience and how it connects to your values, relationships, and hopes. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) to offer practical tools that support clarity and balance. Together, we can look at patterns that shape how you see yourself and others while working to reconnect with a sense of direction and self-trust.
I work with women who are navigating complex and often unspoken emotional landscapes, whether that is the quiet intensity of new parenthood, the fog of hormonal shifts, or the unfamiliar feeling of becoming someone new. You may be noticing changes without having all the words for them yet. This can be a space to slow down, explore, and reflect on what is unfolding.
My work is grounded in a deep commitment to women’s health, including experiences related to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and the transitions in between. I bring over a decade of experience supporting women and families, first as a caseworker and now as a therapist. I aim to offer a space that feels warm, honest, and deeply attuned to the emotional weight women often carry.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. Therapy can simply be a place to meet yourself where you are, as you are, and begin from there.
