Therapy is a space for you to show up as you are, whoever you are. It’s an opportunity to explore the various parts of yourself. As your therapist, I walk alongside you on this journey of self-exploration and discovery. I take an integrative approach and draw psychotherapeutic techniques from various modalities such as dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). The style and method is tailored to fit your needs and where you are at.
