A former award-winning documentary filmmaker, I worked in several countries doing various odd jobs for 20+ years to help support my craft (graphic designer, driver, barback, beer maker, coat check clerk, caterer, to name a few) before eventually landing as a Toronto based psychodynamic psychotherapy trained Student Therapist.
I think it’s a combination of my own lived experience, the belief in the raw power of authenticity and the quest for connection to others from different cultures and all walks of life, that have helped me in my own healing. I hope to harness this experience and knowledge by helping others discover their true selves, learn how to integrate and accept the past and navigate a confident and happier future.
