Get to know Christina

I work with individuals age 15+ for depression, anxiety, codependency, low self-esteem, body image, food addiction and emotional eating, relationships, family of origin and unresolved childhood issues, cultural issues and spirituality.

My lived experience in a biracial and multicultural family has taught me never to judge or assume. Whatever your background, worldview, identity or orientation, I am here to walk with you through this beautiful, messy world that brings both joy and sorrow.

I am a person-centered therapist. This means that I won’t judge or give advice. Instead, I’ll give you unconditional support and encouragement as you process feelings and experiences and begin to find internal sources of strength, peace, and fulfillment.
