Your story, your passions, and the collections of ups and downs are all unique and special to you. It takes courage and awareness to witness our cycles, and I honor you for stepping towards a meaningful change. I believe that when we drive our passion towards our purpose, we as individuals can achieve the infinite. I am a cisgender woman living in a blended interracial family. I am currently in the process of completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I value all humans, their thoughts, feeling, and all that they encompass. I have experience in the healthcare field, the foster care system, the court systems, Autism, ADHD, Parenting, Women’s Issues, Weight Surgeries, Body Based Psychotherapy, Breathwork, Life Transitions, Couples, Menopause, Spiritual, Indigo, Crystal, Rainbow and Diamond Children and Teenagers.
My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic in nature. Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Theories, Narrative Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Sex Therapy are my passions. I Integrate empirically supported treatments and therapies based on your challenges and strengths. Creating a space of balance, authenticity, neutrality, integrate cultural humility and our goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you have always dreamed of.
Most humans hold the key to clarity within their bodies, mind, and spirit and when we can unlock these parts of us that are forgotten, we can begin to share our space with ourselves again. I work within my heart space and connect to yours through grounded transformational leading-edge science. Contact me to set up a free 15-minute consultation. Together, we can walk on a journey towards empowerment, openness and personal growth.
