Hi, I’m Christie. I believe we’re all doing the best we can with the tools and experiences we’ve had. Many of the patterns we carry were once ways of protecting or helping us—but sometimes those same adaptations start to limit our ability to feel joy, connection, and ease. Healing often means gently looking at what’s no longer serving us and creating space for something new.
In our work together, I will offer a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and deepen your self-understanding. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and fulfilling.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Polyvagal Theory, and able to support folks with relational difficulties, self-esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, parenting, ADHD, and postpartum challenges. I welcome both individuals and couples, and I’m committed to making counselling accessible and affordable for those facing financial barriers.
