Get to know Chris

Life can be challenging. It brings moments of joy, moments of struggle, and everything in between. During difficult times, emotions like sadness, anxiety, fear, or hopelessness can feel overwhelming. I certainly do understand what it feels like to be at the center of one of these storms, and I want to help you navigate your own — to learn to drop an anchor and steady yourself. Even painful chapters can hold meaning, and they shape the way I approach therapy: as a place for growth and resilience, where we cultivate a supportive space that is ultimately centered on helping you.
As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I bring a thoughtful, relational approach to this work. My background in music and business shaped much of my earlier life, but it was a growing desire to better understand myself—and others—that drew me to this work.
In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped your story and the possibilities that lie ahead. I tailor my approach to meet your needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities with warmth, insight, and flexibility. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and book a free 30-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
