Life can be overwhelming, and asking for help takes courage. As a student therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, perfectionism, or chronic stress, I offer a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Before beginning my counselling training, I worked as an educator. That experience taught me the value of patience, flexibility, and meeting people where they are, which are qualities that now guide my approach in therapy. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and humanistic practices. My goal is to tailor our work to what best supports you- so we can move through life’s challenges together and help you build greater confidence, clarity, and resilience. My practice is supervised by Aline Maia, RP.
