I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and growth, and my goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore your full potential. Understanding that we as humans all struggle at times- whether it’s with painful emotions, difficult relationships, or simply feeling lost. You don’t have to face those moments alone. I believe that therapy can be a place where we gently explore those struggles with compassion and curiosity, rather than judgment and fear.
I value working with the whole person; mind, body, and spirit, and believe in the importance of helping people reconnect with themselves and their inner strengths. My approach is warm, and integrative, and I aim to tailor treatment plans to the needs of each of my clients. This approach is shaped by my experience working with individuals throughout the lifespan, and understanding that we are uniquely different. I have experience working with families, adults, children, and youth with a wide range of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD, learning, and intellectual disabilities).
I believe together, we can work toward healing, greater self-awareness, empowerment, and a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
