Get to know Breanne

I believe that our bodies hold profound wisdom, shaped by our life experiences, and that through gentle exploration, we can tap into this wisdom to reconnect with our true, whole selves. Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 2, I help individuals become aware of the protective patterns or habits that may be limiting their full potential, allowing them to embrace a deeper sense of self and aliveness.

By supporting the nervous system in finding balance and cultivating a sense of inner safety, we open the door to reconnecting with our heart’s deepest desires. From this place, we can lead with authenticity, creating a life filled with meaning, freedom, and vibrant connection. As a soon-to-be Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my approach is centered on the heart, and I work with clients to restore balance across body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

I am truly excited to meet you and would love to have a conversation to explore whether we are a good fit to work together on your healing journey.
