I work with individuals who are navigating mental health challenges, particularly those struggling with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. I am also very passionate about supporting families of first responders as the daughter of a recently retired police officer. Simply put, life looks different for families of first responders, and as someone who lives this life every day, I want to support the families who have a loved one who has their life on the line every day. The impacts on families are profound and needs to be addressed. By drawing from my own experiences and the therapeutic tools I’ve acquired, I aim to provide compassionate support and effective coping strategies. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop resilience, and find hope, offering the same type of understanding and guidance that were instrumental in my own path to wellness. My journey with therapy was transformative, revealing how essential it is to have compassionate guidance. This inspired me to help others find clarity and support, particularly teenagers and young adults facing mental health issues. With a judgment-free attitude, calm demeanour, and deep empathy born from my own experiences, I strive to offer the same support that was pivotal in my own healing process.
