Hi! I’m Anuja, a therapist intern who is passionate about providing a safe space for self-discovery, growth and healing. I understand how overwhelming life can feel, and I’m here to help you find your path forward. Together, we can explore your emotions, identify the roots of your difficulties and foster the change you seek. As a South Asian Canadian, I recognize the influence of societal, cultural and familial factors on personal experiences and challenges. I bring this awareness into the therapy space by creating an environment where your unique experiences are honored and your voice is always heard. This is your story, and my role is to help you navigate it, offering guidance and support as you uncover the strengths and insights that already exist within you. My approach to therapy is built on creating a compassionate and non-judgemental space where we can openly explore your concerns. I utilize an integrative approach drawing mainly from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and narrative therapies, tailoring these methods to fit your unique needs. I believe that within each of us lies the capacity to bring upon meaningful change and foster personal growth, and I am here to support you on that journey. If you’re interested in working with me, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have and schedule a free consultation.
