Are you someone who feels disconnected from your body or struggles with feelings of shame, burnout, or emotional overwhelm? Perhaps you’re navigating functional freeze responses, or significant life transitions, and you’re seeking healthier ways to cope and reconnect with yourself. As a first-generation immigrant who moved to Canada from Korea at the age of seven, I deeply understand the complexities of adjusting to new environments and the lasting impact it can have on the nervous system and sense of identity. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, drawing from my yoga teacher training to support you in restoring the mind-body connection and developing personalized strategies for It can be heavy to hold so much inside while still trying to move forward.
