Therapy provides a safe, supportive space where you can better understand your experiences and develop realistic strategies for change. I strive to make each client feel heard, respected, and understood in a nonjudgmental setting. My integrative, client-centred approach uses evidence-based methods tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for thoughts and behaviours, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for emotions and relationships, and Motivational Interviewing for readiness to change. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to build strengths, Humanistic approaches for self-understanding, Narrative Therapy to reframe experiences, and Psychodynamic interventions to explore patterns. I adapt these methods for each person, with cultural awareness.
Clients can expect a respectful space to share when ready. We clarify goals, address challenges, and create practical tools for daily life. The focus is on resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping. I value helping clients gain insight, confidence, and skills, and find it meaningful to support their growth.
