You’re the one others rely on—driven, capable, and always “on.” But lately, the pressure is catching up. Maybe it’s burnout, workplace stress, perfectionism, or anxiety—whatever it is, you’re exhausted from pushing through and craving space to breathe. You want to feel grounded again. You want clarity, balance, and the freedom to reconnect with yourself—without losing your ambition or edge.
As a student therapist with a background in kinesiology, psychology, and leadership, I understand the toll that high expectations and demanding roles can take. I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Together, we’ll explore what balance looks like for you—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
My approach is individualized, solution-focused, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhelpful thought patterns, somatic techniques like breathwork and gentle movement to regulate your nervous system, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you reconnect with your core values and emotional needs. Whether you’re navigating stress, building healthier habits, or learning to set boundaries, therapy with me is about creating real, sustainable change.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. If you’re ready to prioritize your well-being, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
