While working with me, we will hone in on what issues are blocking you from fuelling your life. We will work together to discover a more functional way of being. I work from a strengths-based and CBT approach, providing you with the tools to obtain control and become your pilot.
I have a background in teaching fitness and health, and I enjoy cultivating an outlook of acceptance and compassion for the bodies we harness. Our minds and bodies are complex but hold wonderful potentials, lets work together to find health and happiness that resonates with you.
