Over the past eight years, I have had the opportunity to develop my therapeutic skills through an undergraduate degree in developmental psychology and hands-on experience supporting children in local schools as a classroom aide. I am now excited to take the next step in my journey by providing tailored therapy to individuals navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, panic, guilt, shame, phobias, and life transitions.
I hold a specialist certificate in women’s mental health, allowing me to provide gender-responsive support for issues such as PMDD, PCOS, fertility challenges, body image concerns, parenting, and sexuality. I also have experience working with children and teens, helping them manage strong emotions and adjust to difficult life changes.
Therapy isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about creating a safe space for growth, understanding, and meaningful change. The kind of change that leaves you thinking, “I can do this.” My goal is to help you reach that place of empowerment and self-confidence.
