You deserve a space to offload what you struggle with each day. Have you been struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma that has been affecting the function of your day-to-day life? Maybe you struggle with all 3, and trying to juggle each element seems impossible. Do you feel emotional exhaustion affects not only your relationships, but your sense of self?
Good listening ears, a safe space, and someone with capacity to give compassion and empathy can do wonders. Healing is a process, and at times makes you feel like a yo-yo. Know that whatever you bring to the session is welcome.
Whether it’s burnout, moral injury, feelings of misery, crippling anxiety – bring that all to the session. And let’s work together to begin the therapeutic process of getting back to yourself. Getting back to your life.
About Therapeutic Writing Groups
Therapeutic Writing Groups are sessions for clients who wish to use creative expression through writing for their healing journey. In a one hour session, there are writing prompts in the form of poetry, reflective statements, and images (to name a few), and clients are asked to write what stands out for them. No writing experience is necessary! Sessions are once a week, between 6 to 8 weeks with a maximum of 5 clients. If you wish to know more, please send me a message.

It does not endorse or recommend any of the listed therapists. It is the responsibility of each user to ascertain if any individual student therapist meets their needs and is qualified to practice in your area.
