Whether you’re navigating grief, identity exploration, migration and displacement, parenting, or challenges in your relationships, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and your inner resources. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace—exploring what matters most to you and co-creating tools that support you. As a queer Latinx/e immigrant settler, a mother, and an Expressive Arts Student Therapist, I recognize how systems of oppression impact mental health—especially for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQI+ communities—and I aim to hold space that is both affirming and liberatory.
Our sessions may include talking, art-making, movement, writing, playing, or going for a walk—whatever feels most accessible to you—as ways to process emotion, deepen awareness.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space that welcomes both tenderness and playfulness. Wherever you are on your journey, I will meet you there—with compassion, curiosity, and care. Sessions are offered in English, Spanish, and Spanglish.
