Our life experiences shape how we see ourselves and interact with the world. In therapy, I aim to understand your unique story and support you in better understanding yourself. I know that each person’s challenges are different, and that support should reflect your individual needs and identity.
I work with people dealing with anxiety, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), OCD, health concerns, and issues related to gender and sexuality. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, focused on your strengths, and includes psychoeducation to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing.
With a background in psychology, gender and sexuality studies, and years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals, I aim to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space. I use tools from ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy. I offer individual therapy for teens and adults with flexible scheduling.
